Steve Hoffman
Senior Pastor
Steve Hoffman has served as the Senior Pastor of Covenant Community since late 2019. Previously, he served as a youth pastor in New Hampshire and a solo pastor in South Dakota. He has a B.A. in Christian Ministries from Trinity International University and an M.A. in Ministry Practice from Bethel Seminary. Originally from Chicago, Steve lives in Sharonville with his wife Heather and three young daughters.
Steve's favorite Bible verse is 1 John 4:7-8: "Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves is born of God, and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, for God is love."

Rebecca Homan
Family Pastor
Rebecca Homan has served as the Family Pastor of Covenant Community Church since February 2017. Previously, she has served as a Children's Ministry Directory and Children's Ministry Assistant. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Education from Northern Kentucky University and Master of Arts in Children, Youth, & Family Ministry from Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University. Rebecca lives with her husband, Matt, and puppy, Juno, in Norwood. Matt and Rebecca also have a son and daughter & son-in-law in the greater Cincinnati area.
Rebecca's favorite Bible verse is Hebrews 6:19 - We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. She is also a huge fan of Deuteronomy 6:4 - 9, also known as The Shema: Hear O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give to you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them upon your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down, and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the door frames of your houses and on your gates."

Evan Rawlins
Worship Leader
Evan Rawlins began serving as the Worship Leader at Covenant Community Church in 2023. He had previously served on multiple worship teams at various different churches in the area. Evan earned a Bachelors in Music and Worship with an emphasis in Vocal Performance and a Minor in Deaf Studies from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. Evan was born and raised in a town north of CCC, Trenton, where he currently lives.

NIcole Day
Office Manager
Nicole Day has been on staff as the Office Manager at Covenant Community Church since June of 2021. Nicole is an associate in business management and has 10+ years' of management experience. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2022. Nicole was born and raised in Fairfield and now lives with her husband John, son and daughter.
